Based on calculations, the energy efficiency of the buildings will be 118 kWh/m2, meeting low-energy requirements (class B).
The load-bearing framework of the floors is prefabricated triple-layer reinforced concrete elements.
The walls between the apartments are reinforced concrete panel walls. The partition walls within the apartments are plasterboard walls on a metal framework.
All row-houses have wooden terraces.
All of the builds have triple-glazed, single-frame aluminium windows.
The floors in the living areas boast 3-slip parquet, while those in the hallway, WCs, bathrooms and auxiliary rooms feature ceramic tiles. The internal walls in the living areas in the apartments are painted, while the walls of the bathrooms and WCs are fully tiled using ceramic tiles.
HEATING AND VENTILATION
The row-houses are heated by local gas boilers. Water-based floor heating ensures a pleasant internal climate and can be adjusted in each room.
Effective air exchange and healthy air within the apartments are ensured with an apartment-based heat-recovery forced ventilation system.
WATER AND SEWAGE
The row-houses are conected to Viimsi water and sewage system.
